Swimming pool - as a guest you get reservation over the pool chairs, there is a bar with snacks that you can book on the room, pool is clean yet a bit worn out - especially decking Room - comfy bed with 2 pillows, plenty of towels Staff - polite and forthcomming Parking - plenty WiFi - good

Everything is somehow outdated and by no means this can categorize as a 4s hotel, there is a construction site next door ( luckily we were there on non working days) so notification should be posted on booking Room - loud and weak AC ( 25 C room T is max that we got no matter that AC was on min levels), really outdated furniture, some strange odours Pool - we were in luck as we arrived on friday and kids could use the pool immediately - check in after 15 and pool opening hours are on work days only from 11, so if you stay for longer keep in mind that morning swim is a no go), pool is vastly used by locals so you can expect crowd, depth of the pool is 170-180 cm so be aware if you travel with small kids, swimming caps are mandatory Breakfast - we were faced with empty trays and asking to refill things, strange - cheese is served only in 1-2 variants and in such a small qty that is rediculous, bad - big tomato is served un cut and cherry tomato was rotten, salami was not peeled off and one shoul cut is by him self ( imagine everyone touching it)

GOOD STAY but small details can be improved.

Location is fantatstic. Hotel itself (for summer period I'd say) gives you the perfect environment for a good rest. You can access a fantastic swimming pool. Nice green garden outdoors.

Breakfast was good. Many options. However I was EXTREMELY dissapointed I was forced to pay everyday additional 6 euros for my scrumbled eggs something that I really like. I didn't like it. You must pay attention. They can charge you for many small details.

Very convenient and comfortable placee et to visit the surroundings where there is a lot to see

Swimming pool, very friendly and helpful personnel, clean, good breakfast, not far from the train station to go to Venezia

When it rains a bit, the swimming pool is closed Closed to a shopping center but ultimately not really impacting us

This could have been a wonderful stay but was only good because of what was mentioned above

breakfast was good. Being served in the gardens was excellent. pool and garden were excellent. Staff were excellent Room overlooking the gardens was very comfortable,

there was a wedding on Saturday night which meant we could not use the pool or the garden areas, This was not conveyed to us till after the booking was made. The not being able to use the gardens was not conveyed to us till the day of the wedding. There was not recompense for this. The music from the wedding was loud and went till after midnight. We were not aware there was going to be a wedding till we arrived at the hotel, all we knew was the pool was closed on the Saturday,

Pretty good hotel, located in nice building. Has own pool and teniss corts. Has own parking space, reastarant. Breakfast might be more various. Internet signal and speed was good. Good hotel teritorry for walking.

Haven't AC inrooms, but central ventilation didn t cool enough.

Good for a short stay.

Adequate breakfast, spacious room, good bathroom, lovely grounds.

It was a pity that there was no other food available apart from the restaurant which was closed when there were weddings etc and it was at least a 20 min walk into town.
